How to order a repeat prescription

• Online
• By placing a repeat request – the white tear off portion of your previous prescription – in the box in reception.
• By post (please allow plenty of time) – If you include a stamped self addressed envelope, we can post your prescription to you.

We are unable to accept repeat prescription requests by telephone.

Please allow 2 working days before collecting prescriptions.

Please register with patient access to access our online services

This will enable you to

• Order REPEAT Medication
• For ACUTE Medication use Secure Messaging in Patient access.

Please note if you are newly registering the practice has to accept your request before you can see your repeat medications.

We are at present accepting requests as they come in, between 9.00 am and 16.30 pm Monday – Friday. If you register outside of these hours your request will not be dealt with untill the next available time.

If you include a stamped self addressed envelope, we can post your prescription to you.
